TERMS OF SERVICE Camless Media Group LLC
By purchasing a package, subscription, standalone project, or any service from Camless Media Group LLC ("CMG"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Payment of your initial setup fee, deposit, or first billing cycle constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
## 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS (APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES)
1.1 Client Obligations & Asset Delivery Client agrees to provide necessary information, assets (logos, text copy, brand guidelines), and access (domain registrars, hosting accounts, social media platforms) to CMG. Failure to provide requested assets or approvals in a timely manner shall delay the timeline and shall not serve as a basis for refund, credit, or cancellation.
1.2 Approvals & Revisions Each deliverable (e.g., per video, graphic, or website page) includes a strict maximum of two (2) revisions. Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receipt. If not provided within 5 business days, CMG may proceed to publish or finalize the deliverables. Additional revisions beyond the included two will be billed at a rate of $25 per minor revision or $100/hour for major structural changes.
1.3 The "Ghosting" Clause If CMG delivers a draft, mockup, or request for assets and the Client fails to respond or provide feedback for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days, the project or current billing cycle deliverables will be automatically deemed "Completed and Approved." Any outstanding balances will become due immediately, and further work will require a new quote or reactivation fee.
1.4 Strict Project Scope CMG provides services strictly based on the package tier or standalone invoice purchased. Any features, pages, video durations, animations, or creative requests not explicitly written in the agreed-upon package or invoice are considered "Out of Scope" and require a separate change-order payment.
1.5 Financial Terms & Release of Assets All final video files, graphics, and photography will be delivered with a CMG watermark, and all website builds will remain on a private CMG staging server, until the final invoice is paid in full. Under no circumstances will unwatermarked source files be released, or website ownership transferred, until the Client's balance is $0.
1.6 Communication CMG provides unlimited email communication. We allow up to 2 hours of phone or Zoom consultation per 4-week billing cycle (or per standalone project) specifically related to the project scope. Additional consulting is subject to fees of $100.00/hour.
1.7 No Refunds All services, setup fees, and deposits are strictly non-refundable upon payment. There will be no refunds for days unused with an open account due to unresponsiveness, lack of approval, or lack of cooperation.

Due to the nature of digital marketing, the immediate deployment of strategy, and the dedicated time reserved for your account, Camless Media Group, LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances for subscription, payment or service purchased that have already been billed or one-off projects that have commenced. If you wish to discontinue ongoing services, you must pause or cancel future subscription billing.
## 2. RECURRING SERVICES (PACKAGES & RETAINERS)
2.1 Start Date & Setup Service commences upon the successful payment of the required non-refundable $300.00 setup fee and initial 4-week billing cycle. The 4-week billing cycle begins immediately upon payment to reserve agency capacity, not when final work is published online.
2.2 Advertising Spend & Management Fees Your advertising spend—the actual dollars paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)—is entirely separate from CMG’s agency service fee. CMG does not hold your advertising budget; all ad spend is billed directly to the payment method you keep on file with the respective platforms. You are solely responsible for all charges billed by these platforms. Where applicable, CMG charges a management fee (e.g., 10% or 15%) based on your platform ad spend, which is calculated and billed separately by CMG.
2.3 Cancellation Rules The initial contract term is for a mandatory period of 4 weeks. After the initial 4 weeks are completed, you will automatically be billed on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the service plan selected at checkout.
Weekly Plans: Require a 14-day written notice to cancel. You are responsible for payment for the 14 days following notice.
Monthly Plans: Require a 30-day written notice to cancel. You are responsible for payment for the 30 days following notice.
Immediate Cancellation: Canceling before the initial 4-week term is complete requires full payment of the unpaid balance for that term.
Acts of Cancellation: Revoking access, requesting a “pause,” or remaining unresponsive for the duration of your notice period will be deemed an immediate cancellation, resulting in applicable cancellation fees.
## 3. STANDALONE SERVICES (ONE-OFF PROJECTS)
3.1 Project Commencement & Deposits Project setup begins upon payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit (or explicitly specified upfront fee). The remaining balance is due upon project completion, strictly prior to the delivery of final unwatermarked assets or the transfer of website ownership.
3.2 Cancellations of Standalone Projects If you choose to cancel a standalone project after work has commenced but before completion, you forfeit the deposit and will be billed immediately for any production hours or costs incurred by CMG that exceed the deposit amount.
## 4. LEGAL POLICIES & PROTECTIONS
4.1 Collections of Amounts Owed You agree to pay all costs of collection (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by CMG to collect any amounts owed. Any amounts not paid when due shall incur late fees of $250.00 per month and bear interest at the highest rate allowed under California law.
4.2 Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement You agree not to disclose CMG’s proprietary strategies, systems, or frameworks. The parties agree not to disparage, defame, or denigrate the reputation or services of the other party. The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) does not apply to this B2B agreement. In the event of defamation or breach of this non-disparagement clause, Camless Media Group reserves the right to lawfully pursue compensation for damages incurred.
4.3 Venue & Disclaimers This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, and all actions shall be brought in the courts of Los Angeles County. CMG makes no guarantees regarding specific lead generation quotas, virality, website traffic, or sales. CMG is not responsible for any lost profit or consequential damages.
4.4 Videography & Production Cancellations For physical videography/photography sessions, rescheduling is allowed; however, cancellations or requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the session will result in total forfeiture of the shoot without refund. A new session requires full payment of the standalone rate.
4.5 Copyright (DMCA) Social media platforms use automated systems for tracking DMCA requests. Should you choose to ask CMG to use copyrighted material (e.g., trending social media audio) in your assets, you accept that CMG is not liable for content that is removed or flagged due to a DMCA violation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Camless Media Group, LLC
Weekly Sprint Subscriptions (Cancellations & Pauses): Our ongoing digital marketing services operate on a flat-rate weekly subscription to reserve our team's capacity for your brand. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming weekly sprint, cancellation or pause requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to your next automated billing cycle.
2. One-Off Services & Custom Projects: For individual deliverables, audits, or custom one-off projects billed outside of our standard weekly subscription, payment is required in full upfront to secure our schedule. Because these projects require immediate allocation of agency resources and intellectual property, all sales for one-off services are final once payment is remitted.
3.
